These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of copacontrol.com and related online materials operated by the Coalition for Open Process Automation ("COPA," "we," "us," or "our") (the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About COPA and the Site

COPA provides information about open process automation, the COPA ecosystem, partners, resources, and related products and programs. The Site is intended for business and professional visitors, including end users, system integrators, and technology providers.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COPA AND ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

You agree to defend and indemnify COPA against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
